Today, many people are so busy with their
job to reach their purpose. Some of them, don’t care about their healthy
because so busy about many things. Example, there aren’t balance of thought in
this life so that the people can feel stress.

Stress is
condition of someone haven’t fit between his wishes with the in fact in life.
Before someone feel stress, usually the person give up about one thing. But,
don’t be affraid because there are solution for your stress. The solution is
meditation.
Meditation is
relaxation of thoughts with all of things that interesting, worry, and affraid
in our life. Many people think about
meditation is similiar with the condition of his thought is empty. But, the
real meditation is one of act that aware
to foccus only on one thing example, foccus on beat rhytm of our heart.
When you are
stress, beat of heart and pressure of blood is increase, breathing to be so
fast and short, and adrenaline gland pump hormone of stress. On other side, if
you are meditation beat of heart is slow, pressure of blood is normally,
breathing to be calm and amount of stress hormone is decrease. Along time when
you are meditation you can feel beat heart of yourself.
There are the
usefull things of meditation:
1 1. Increase
your health and defense of your body is strong.
2 2. Lossing
stress and your angry.
3. Increase
your concentration in school or on your job.
4 4. Tovanish
all of negative things and life style that damage ourself.
5 5. Increase
your confidence.
6 6. Increase
your ability to communication about usefull things in build relationship
with the other.
In meditation,
there are the way that must be you do. What the way? There are the answer about
it:
1 1. Wake
up around 02.00 – 04.00 AM.
2 2. Take
a bath ( if you are think this is important for you).
3 3. Wearing
the loose clothes and comfort.
4 4. Determine
the calm place.
5 5. Sit
down on cushion or towel. You can wearing syal on your shoulder to prevent
coldness.
6 6. Your
shoulder must be relax and put your hand in lap.
7 7. Start
meditation about 30 minutes.
8 8. Open
a half of your eyes without foccus to see anything.
9 9. Don’t
change your breathing. Let it be your annonce foccus on current of your breath.
1 10. Weaken
every muscle on your body slowly.
At last, you
know there are many usefull things of meditation that you get and so easy to do
it. So, don’t wait again try and do it
now.
